General Terms and Conditions – Ferenczi Decoration

Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Ferenczi Decoratie webshop, for both private and business customers.

Article 3 – Products
We offer handmade home decorations made from lifelike artificial flowers. Each product is unique and may vary slightly from the photos on the website.

Article 4 – Prices and payment
All prices listed are in euros and include VAT.
Payment is processed via iDEAL. Other payment methods may be added in the future.

Article 5 – Delivery and shipping costs
We only deliver within the Netherlands.
The delivery time is a maximum of 10 working days.
There is no free shipping; shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal (consumers and companies)
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you cancel correctly, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days.

Article 7 – Return conditions
Products must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging.
Returns must be registered in advance by email.

Article 8 – Liability
Ferenczi Decoratie is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of our products or delays caused by third parties (such as carriers).

Article 9 – Complaints procedure
Complaints can be submitted by email within 7 days of receiving the statement. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Article 10 – Other provisions
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
In case of disputes, the court in the Netherlands has jurisdiction.
